Amit

Amit is a multidisciplinary artist whose creative journey began in filmmaking, where he wrote, directed, and produced feature films, often building their visual worlds through set design and lighting. Though trained as a physician, he has always worked in the visual arts and has a keen instinct for storytelling. His collaboration on film scoring with Ralph Rieckermann (Bassist for Scorpions band) won a 2009 Park City Film Festival award for Best Film Score. Painting became a natural extension of his exploration of meaning, emotion, and form. His work combines structural discipline with expressive freedom, moving between impressionism, cubism, and geometric Art Deco. He now dedicates his time to original artworks reflecting his fascination with nature and human experience.
